Pastor R.L. Turner possesses a miraculous testimony of restoration, redemption, and deliverance. Despite straying from his Christian upbringing in his youth, a miraculous encounter with the Holy Spirit in 1981 at Eglin AFB, Fort Walton Beach, Florida, ignited the foundation of this ministry. This divine visitation forged his mandate to “Speak Life Into Dead Situations,” propelling him to minister to those needing spiritual and practical transformation. 

Pastor Turner is a 1998 graduate of Word of Truth Seminary with a degree in Theology. He also holds an Associate Degree in Substance Abuse Counseling, a Bachelor’s, and a Master’s Degree in Social Work. Pastor Turner was the former Pastor of Divine Destiny Family Worship Center of Athens, AL. Psalmist Edna holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources, a Bachelor of Biblical Studies, a Liberal Arts Bachelor’s Degree, and an Associate Degree in Social Work from the University of Alabama Birmingham. Psalmist Edna is a dynamic licensed 5-fold Minister who flows fluently/accurately in the Songs of the Lord & Functions as a traditional Praise and Worship Leader! Psalmist Edna has also graced the platform of TBN as a guest soloist on several occasions. Recently, Psalmist Edna & R.L. completed advanced training in Faith-Based Counseling and Coaching.

Known widely as Pastor Reginald & Minster Edna, their predominant manifestation and mantle is Prophetic Evangelism! They are the spiritual son and daughter of Apostle Willie Coates Jr, Child of The King Ministries, South Bend, IN. They are also the proud parents of three children: Justin, Jayla, and Briannah.
